摘要
医院会务管理是现代医院行政管理的重要组成部分,也是任务传达、协作沟通与政策执行的核心环节,是提升医院管理质量与运行管理效率的重要着力点。目前,公立医院会议管理问题缺乏充分关注,理论及实践研究不足。文章以江苏省肿瘤医院为例,采用实地调研与数据分析相结合的方法,系统分析当前会议管理中存在的会场资源配置不合理、准备流程不规范、设备管理混乱等问题,提出通过引入整理、整顿、清扫、清洁和素养(seiri,seiton,seiso,setketsu,shitsuke,5S)管理方法、优化办公自动化(office automation,OA)系统、加强医院信息化建设等举措,提高会议服务质量、降低人力资源浪费,提升会议管理的效率与规范化水平,从而提升医院整体运营效能。
Conference management is a vital component of modern hospital administration,serving as a key link for task dissemination,collaborative communication,and policy implementation.It represents a critical leverage point for enhancing both the quality of hospital management and the efficiency of operational processes.Currently,conference management in public hospitals has not received sufficient attention,and there is a notable lack of theoretical and practical research in this area.This study takes Jiangsu Cancer Hospital as a case example and employs a combination of field research and data analysis to systematically examine existing problems in conference management,including inefficient allocation of venue resources,non-standardized preparation procedures,and disorganized equipment management.The paper proposes targeted measures such as introducing the seiri,seiton,seiso,setketsu,shitsuke(5S)management methodology,optimizing the office automation(OA)system,and strengthening hospital informatization.These initiatives aim to improve the quality of conference services,reduce human resource waste,and enhance the efficiency and standardization of conference management,thereby improving the overall operational performance of the hospital.
