摘要
目的 分析山东省莱阳卫生学校2019—2024年新生结核菌素试验(tuberculin skin test,TST)筛查强阳性情况,为学校肺结核的防控工作提供参考依据。方法 选取山东省莱阳卫生学校2019—2024年共5 037名入学新生作为研究对象,行TST筛查,TST强阳性者行胸部X光片检查并于第0、3、6、12个月进行随访,分析不同年份、不同性别TST筛查强阳性率及其变化趋势。结果 2019—2024年山东省莱阳卫生学校96.53%的入学新生参加了TST筛查,强阳性率为2.69%,强阳性率年度趋势差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05),未发现入学新生肺结核患者,随访发现2例肺结核病例。其中,男、女生强阳性率分别为2.18%、2.90%,差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。结论 山东省莱阳卫生学校入学新生TST筛查强阳性率男、女生未见差异,强阳性率年度趋势不明显;但学校应高度重视新生入学体检TST筛查在肺结核防控方面的重要作用,加强TST强阳性者的定期随访工作,促进学生健康水平的进一步提高。
Objective To analyze the strong positive results of tuberculin skin test(TST)screening among freshmen in Shandong Laiyang Health School from 2019 to 2024,and provide reference for the prevention and control of tuberculosis in the schools.Methods A total of 5037 freshmen in Shandong Laiyang Health School from 2019 to 2024 were taken as the research objects,and TST screening was carried out.Those who were strong positive for TST were examined by chest X-ray and followed up in the 0^(th),3^(rd),6^(th) and 12^(th) months.The strong positive rate of TST screening in different years and genders and its changing trend were analyzed.Results From 2019 to 2024,96.53%of the freshmen in Shandong Laiyang Health School participated in TST screening,with a strong positive rate of 2.69%.The annual trend of strong positive rate was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and no tuberculosis patients were found among the freshmen.Two cases of pulmonary tuberculosis were found through follow-up.Among them,the strong positive rates of male and female students were 2.18%and 2.90%,respectively,and the difference between male and female students was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion There is no difference in the strong positive rate of TST screening for freshmen in Shandong Laiyang Health School between male and female students,and the annual trend of strong positive rate is not statistically significant.Schools should attach great importance to the important role of TST screening in the prevention and control of tuberculosis for freshmen,strengthen regular follow-up work for TST strong positive individuals,and promote further improvement of students'health levels.
