摘要
文章基于本科教学评估背景,以二级学院为研究对象,探讨教学档案管理的重要性、存在问题及优化路径。研究表明,教学档案作为评估的重要依据,其管理水平直接影响评估结果和教学质量。通过实证分析发现,当前学院教学档案管理存在重视不足、制度不健全、信息化水平低等问题。针对这些问题,文章提出强化档案意识、完善管理制度、推进信息化建设等对策建议,并结合学科特点设计专业化的档案管理方案,以期为提升学院教学档案管理水平提供参考。
In the context of undergraduate teaching evaluation,this paper explores the significance,existing problems,and optimization strategies for the management of teaching archives in secondary colleges.Research indicates that teaching archives,as a critical basis for evaluation,directly influence assessment outcomes and teaching quality.Empirical analysis reveals that teaching archives management in secondary colleges currently suffers from insufficient attention,weak institutional frameworks,and limited digitalization.To address these challenges,this paper proposes enhancing awareness of archival importance,refining management systems,and accelerating digital transformation.Furthermore,a discipline-specific teaching archives management framework is developed to inform best practices and support continuous improvement in secondary colleges.
