摘要
随着信息技术的汹涌浪潮,智慧医疗、智慧医院等概念已逐步深入人心,高校附属医院作为集医疗、科研、教学等多功能于一体的管理机构,其档案管理工作面临着新的机遇与挑战。传统的分散式档案管理模式在档案存储、利用、共享等方面存在诸多弊端。档案集约化管理利用智慧技术实现资源整合、高效利用与安全保管,是提升档案综合管理水平的关键,对其展开研究有必要性。
With the rapid advancement of information technology,concepts such as smart healthcare and smart hospitals have been increasingly embraced.As multifunctional institutions integrating medical services,scientific research,and teaching,university-affiliated hospitals are encountering new opportunities and challenges in archival management.The traditional decentralized archival management model suffers from significant limitations in storage,access,and sharing.Intensive archival management leverages smart technologies to achieve resource integration,efficient utilization,and secure preservation,making it a key strategy for enhancing comprehensive archival management.Hence,research in this area is essential.
