摘要
目的探析强化护理管理工作在提升院感工作质量方面的作用。方法选取淄博市第四人民医院各科室院感质控小组18名护理人员(简称护理人员)为研究对象,2024年1—6月开展传统护理管理工作,设为管理前,2024年7月—2025年1月开展强化护理管理工作,设为管理后。对比护理管理前后护理人员的服务水平评分、职业生命质量评分、管理质量评分、管理满意度。结果管理后健康宣教、病房环境及综合防护评分分别为(93.78±3.44)分、(93.83±3.50)分、(94.12±3.67)分,均高于管理前的(90.23±3.95)分、(90.26±4.01)分、(90.35±4.08)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.875,2.846,2.915;P均<0.05)。管理后职业生命质量评分高于管理前,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。管理后管理质量评分高于护理前,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。管理前,很满意4人、尚可9人、不满意人5人,总满意度为72.22%(13/18);管理后,很满意9人、尚可9人、不满意0人,总满意度为100.00%(18/18)。结论强化护理管理工作的实施可促使护理人员服务水平得到提升,且有助于提升其职业生命质量和管理质量,护理人员管理满意度较高。
Objective To probe into the role of strengthening nursing management in improving the quality of nosocomial infection work.Methods A total of eighteen nursing staff in the hospital infection quality control group of each department of the Fourth People's Hospital of Zibo City(hereinafter referred to as nursing staff)were selected as the research objects.The traditional nursing management work from January to June 2024 was set as before management,and the intensive nursing management work from July 2024 to January 2025 was set as after management.The service level score,occupational quality of life score,management quality score and management satisfaction of nursing staff before and after nursing management were compared.Results The scores of health education,ward environment and comprehensive protection after management were 93.78±3.44,93.83±3.50 and 94.12±3.67 respectively,which were higher than 90.23±3.95,90.26±4.01 and 90.35±4.08 before management,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.875,2.846,2.915;all P<0.05).The scores of occupational quality of life after management were higher than those before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The score of management quality after management were higher than those before nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Before management,4 people were very satisfied,9 people were fair,5 people were not satisfied,and the total satisfaction rate was 72.22%(13/18);after management,9 people were very satisfied,9 people were acceptable,0 people were not satisfied,and the total satisfaction was 100.00%(18/18).Conclusion Strengthening the implementation of nursing management can promote the service level of nursing staff,and help to improve the quality of their professional life and management quality,and the management satisfaction of nursing staff is high.
