摘要
目的探究住院医师生命支持能力培训中应用团队模拟训练的效果。方法选取2024年1—12月克拉玛依市中心医院88名开展生命支持能力培训的住院医师。根据训练方法不同分为团队组和基础组,每组44名。基础组行常规培训方法,团队组给予团队模拟训练方法。比较两组的考核成绩、操作时长、住院医师对培训方法的满意度。结果团队组考核成绩为(95.33±1.72)分,高于基础组的(92.24±2.05)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.660,P<0.05)。团队组操作时长中胸外按压中断时间、人工气道建立时间、首次除颤实施时间、静脉通路建立时间均短于基础组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。团队组住院医师对培训方法中的培训方式合理、内容达到期望、提高技能水平、抢救流程掌握、团队配合提高的满意度评分均高于基础组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论团队模拟训练能够提高开展生命支持能力培训住院医师的考核成绩和时效性,进一步提高住院医师对培训的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of applying team simulation training in the life support capacity training of resident physicians.Methods A total of eighty-eight resident physicians who underwent life support capacity training at Karamay Central Hospital from January to December 2024 were selected.According to different training methods,they were divided into the team group and the basic group,with 44 members in each group.The basic group received regular training methods,while the team group was provided with team simulation training methods.Compared the assessment results,operation duration and the satisfaction degree of resident physicians with the training methods of the two groups.Results The assessment score of the team group was 95.33±1.72,which was higher than 92.24±2.05 of the basic group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.660,P<0.05).In the operation duration of the team group,the interruption time of external chest compression,the establishment time of artificial airway,the implementation time of the first defibrillation,and the establishment time of venous access were shorter than those of the basic group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of resident physicians in the team group regarding the rationality of the training methods,the content meeting expectations,the improvement of skill levels,the mastery of rescue procedures,and the improvement of team cooperation in the training methods were all higher than those in the basic group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Team simulation training can improve the assessment results and timeliness of resident physicians conducting life support capacity training,further improve residents'satisfaction with the training.
