摘要
目的:探讨丹参治疗动脉粥样硬化的研究历程、热点及发展趋势。方法:检索中国知网、万方、维普和Web of Science核心合集(WoSCC)数据库建库以来至2025年3月9日收录的丹参治疗动脉粥样硬化相关文献。运用CiteSpace 6.4.R1对作者、机构及关键词进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入中文文献517篇、英文文献269篇,该领域中英文文献作者均分散,尚未形成核心作者集群;中文文献机构区域性合作明显,英文文献机构已初步形成较为紧密的跨区域合作网络。中文高频关键词包括“冠心病”“炎症”“临床应用”“血脂”“作用机制”等;英文高频关键词包括“inflammation”“expression”“activation”“NF–κB”“oxidative stress”等。中文突现至今的关键词为“网络药理学”“分子对接”“作用机制”;英文突现至今的关键词为“macrophages”“mice”“network pharmacology”。结论:该领域发文量虽有波动,但整体呈现上升趋势,跨机构、跨地区的合作有待加强。未来应开展高质量、大样本、多中心临床试验以提升证据等级,并持续深化机制研究。巨噬细胞功能调控、系统生物学整合分析及新型药物递送系统开发是未来潜在的研究方向。
Objective:To explore the research history,hotspots and development trends of Dan Shen(Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae)in the treatment of atherosclerosis.Methods:Relevant literature was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and the Web of Science Core Collection databases,covering the period from their establishment to 9 March 2025.CiteSpace 6.4.R1 was used to visualize the distribution the authors,institutions and keywords.Results:A total of 517 Chinese and 269 English articles were included.The authors of both English and Chinese literature are scattered,and few core author clusters have been formed.Institutional collaboration in Chinese literature showed clear regional characteristics,whereas English literature institutions had begun to establish relatively close cross-regional cooperation networks.The major hot keywords in Chinese literature included“coronary heart disease”,“inflammation”,“clinical application”,“blood lipids”,and“mechanism”,while in English literature the hot keywords were“inflammation”,“expression”,“activation”,“NF-κB”,and“oxidative stress”.The emerging keywords in Chinese are“network pharmacology”,“molecular docking”,and“mechanism of action”,whereas in English they are“macrophages”,“mice”,and“network pharmacology”.Conclusion:Despite some fluctuations,the overall trend of publications is upward,however,cross-institutional and cross-regional collaborations remain insufficient.In the future,high-quality,multicentre clinical studies with large sample sizes should be conducted to enhance the level of evidence,and mechanistic studies should continue to be deepened.The regulation of macrophage function,integrative systems biology approaches,and the development of innovative drug delivery systems represent potential research directions.
