摘要
恶性肿瘤病机复杂,治疗当以扶正与攻邪为主,兼顾个体化施治。目前已证实,部分中药复方具有一定的抗肿瘤功效。对药是在“七情”配伍和辨证论治理论的指导下将两药固定配伍使用,为中药配伍的最小单位,凝聚了历代中医名家的实践经验,有相互制约、减毒增效的作用,组方简便,加减灵活。文章主要总结霍介格教授治疗恶性肿瘤的常用对药。霍教授辨治肿瘤时谨守病机,审证求因,善用对药,如半夏配夏枯草,清热解毒,治疗肿瘤相关性失眠和结节病;威灵仙配急性子,温化痰瘀,治疗食管癌;泽漆配猫爪草,利水化痰,治疗肺癌;桃仁配苦杏仁,活血下气,治疗便秘;黄连配乌梅,收敛祛腐,治疗放射性肠炎及肠息肉;桂枝配牡丹皮,散瘀消癥,治疗妇科肿瘤;全蝎配天龙,搜风化痰,治疗脑瘤及癌痛。并附1则病案以佐证。
The pathogenesis of malignant tumor is complex,and the treatment should focus on strengthening the body’s resistance and eliminating pathogenic factors,and give consideration to individualized treatment.Currently,it has been confirmed that some Chinese medicine compound prescriptions have certain anti-tumor effects.Couplet medicinals are the smallest unit of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)compatibility,consisiting of the fixed combination of two drugs under the guidance of“seven emotions compatibility”and syndrome differentiation and treatment.Couplet medicinals embody the practical experience of famous Chinese medicine practitioners throughout history,with the functions of mutual restraint,reducing toxicity,and increasing efficiency.Its formula is simple and flexible to use.Professor HUO has a deep understanding of the pathogeneses and made good use of the couplet medicinals,such as Banxia(Rhizoma Pinelliae)with Xiakucao(Spica Prunellae),clearing heat and detoxifying,to treat tumor related insomnia and sarcoidosis.Weilingxian(Radix et Rhizoma Clematidis)with Jixingzi(Semen Impatientis)to remove phlegm and blood stasis to treat esophageal cancer,Zeqi(Herba Euphoribiae Helioscopiae)with Maozhaocao(Radix Ranunculi Ternati),diuretic phlegm,to treat lung cancer,etc.This article mainly summarizes Professor HUO Jiege’s commonly used drugs in the treatment of malignant tumors,and attaches a medical record,in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
