摘要
永磁同步电机匝间短路作为电机绕组中的常见故障,会导致相间短路甚至引发火灾,严重影响电机安全稳定运行。建立了定子匝间短路故障的电机模型,采用双二阶广义积分(SOGI)对故障时的电压负序分量进行提取,将故障特征量幅值与设定的阈值进行比较来实现定子匝间短路的故障诊断。仿真和实验结果表明,该方法可准确提取故障特征量,具有诊断速度快且精度高等优点,有效提升了电机运行的稳定性,具有较好的应用前景和实用价值。
Inter-turn short circuit in permanent magnet synchronous motor,as a common fault in motor windings,can lead to interphase short circuit and even cause fires,seriously affecting the safe and stable operation of the motor.A motor model for stator inter-turn short circuit fault was established.The negative sequence component of the voltage during the fault was extracted by using double second-order generalized integration(SOGI),and the amplitude of the fault characteristic quantity was compared with the set threshold to achieve the fault diagnosis of stator inter-turn short circuit.Simulation and experimental results show that this method can accurately extract fault characteristic quantities,has the advantages of fast diagnosis speed and high precision,effectively improves the stability of motor operation,and has good application prospects and practical value.
