摘要
为了有效评估多场景下储能电站不同的黑启动方案,对各方案进行合理优化并选择最佳方案,提出基于模糊熵权的黑启动评估方法。首先将客观的熵权权重与主动赋权的专家权重结合,然后对评价指标进行数学模糊化,最后将各方案的模糊评价信息进行评价打分并按照优劣排序。该方法计算高效快速,可为评估液流电池储能电站的黑启动能力提供参考。
To effectively evaluate different black-start schemes for energy storage power stations under multiple scenarios,it reasonably optimizes among various schemes and selects the optimal one.It proposes a black-start capability evaluation method based on fuzzy entropy weight.Firstly,it combines the objective entropy weight with the actively assigned expert weights,then mathematically fuzzifiers the evaluation indicators.Finally,it scores the fuzzy evaluation information of each scheme and ranks by performance.The method has high efficiency,providing references for evaluating the black-start capability of flow battery energy storage power stations.
