摘要
构建家校社协同育人模式是当前教育改革的重要方向,对提升育人质量具有现实意义。针对传统教育中存在的家长“缺位”、教师“失策”、社会“塌陷”等问题,该文通过文献分析与实践调研,提出构建后家校社协同育人的内容框架:“共生体”发展关系,“交叠式”服务机制,“层叠式”空间体系。基于此,研究进一步探索具体实施策略:家庭为基点筑牢责任根基,学校为平台整合实践资源,社会为轴心构建交流机制。通过构建“责任奠基—专业引领—资源协同”的育人链,实现家庭教育规范化、学校教育系统化、社会教育生态化的协同发展,为教联体高质量建设提供理论范式与实践参照。
Building a collaborative education model involving families,schools,and communities is a crucial direction in current educational reform,with practical significance for improving the quality of education.In response to issues such as insufficient parental involvement,misalignment of teachers'roles,and weak social support in traditional education,this study proposes an implementation framework for collaborative family-school-community education through literature analysis and field research:“symbiotic”development relationships,“overlapping”service mechanisms and“layered”spatial systems.Based on this,the study further explores specific implementation strategies:anchoring responsibility within the family as the foundation,integrating practical resources using the school as a platform,and establishing communication mechanisms with society as the central axis.By constructing a“responsibility foundation-professional guidance-resource collaboration”education chain,it aims to achieve standardized family education,systematic school education,and ecological social education,providing theoretical models and practical references for the construction of educational consortia.
