摘要
头针疗法作为中医针灸疗法中的重要组成部分,在治疗颈椎病方面有较好疗效。作者通过查阅文献,思考及总结不同流派头针疗法治疗颈椎病的理论基础、治疗机制和常用取穴。目前头针疗法流派众多,如方氏、汤氏、焦氏、山元氏等,各流派在理论基础、取穴定位及操作手法上各具特色,但缺乏统一的规范化标准。作者通过系统梳理不同流派头针治疗颈椎病的理论依据、颈椎病相关临床应用,指出当前存在流派间疗效对比研究不足、理论机制阐述不统一、操作标准不统一等问题,并提出加强多中心大样本临床研究、整合现代技术探索机制、促进流派间学术交流等策略与建议,以期能促进头针疗法的规范化和标准化发展,提高临床诊疗中的实际成效。
As an important component of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion,scalp acupuncture has demonstrated favorable efficacy in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Through a literature review,this study summarizes and evaluates clinical research on scalp acupuncture from various schools for cervical spondylosis.Currently,various schools of scalp acupuncture exist,such as FANG's,TANG's,JIAO's,and YAMAMOTO's scalp acupuncture,each characterized by unique theoretical foundations,acupoint localization methods,and manipulation techniques.However,unified standardized criteria are lacking.By systematically examining the theoretical basis and clinical applications of various scalp acupuncture schools in treating cervical spondylosis,this study identifies existing issues,including insufficient comparative studies on clinical efficacy among various schools,inconsistent theoretical mechanisms,and non-standardized operational techniques.Furthermore,strategies and recommendations are proposed,such as enhancing multicenter,large-sample clinical studies,integrating modern technology to explore underlying mechanisms,and promoting academic exchanges among various schools.The aim is to promote the standardization and normalization of scalp acupuncture and improve its clinical effectiveness.
