摘要
目的评估山东省中医药特色疗法推广项目“三味拔毒散”治疗急性带状疱疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法将98例急性带状疱疹患者分为观察组(48例)和对照组(50例)。观察组给予三味拔毒散治疗,对照组给予常规抗病毒和营养神经治疗。结果观察组皮损愈合时间、疼痛缓解率、后遗神经痛率、临床疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05),且无严重不良反应发生。结论山东省中医药特色疗法推广项目“三味拔毒散”治疗急性带状疱疹,极大地加快了皮损的愈合,有效缓解疼痛状况,安全性高,且无严重不良反应发生,呈现出较佳的疗效及安全性。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the Shandong characteristic TCM therapy promotion project“Sanwei Badu Powder”in the treatment of acute herpes zoster.Methods A total of 98 patients with acute herpes zoster were divided into an observation group(48 cases)and a control group(50 cases).The observation group was treated with Sanwei Badu Powder,while the control group received conventional antiviral and neurotrophic therapy.Results The observation group showed better outcomes than the control group in terms of skin lesion healing time,pain relief rate,incidence of postherpetic neuralgia,and clinical efficacy(P<0.05),with no serious adverse reactions observed.Conclusion The Shandong characteristic TCM therapy promotion project“Sanwei Badu Powder”for the treatment of acute herpes zoster significantly accelerates skin lesion healing,effectively relieves pain,and demonstrates high safety with no serious adverse reactions,indicating excellent efficacy and safety.
