摘要
针对脱氢催化剂异常导致二氧化碳脱氢反应器压差高的具体原因进行分析,提出在装置不停车的情况下,采取部分打开脱氢反应器副线阀的紧急应对措施,通过补充完善现有应对状态下的工艺特护方案,避免了装置系统突发事件发生,保证了工艺生产安全长周期运行。
This paper conducts an objective analysis of the specific causes of high pressure difference in the carbon dioxide dehydrogenation reactor due to abnormal catalyst.It proposes an emergency response measure of partially opening the bypass valve of the dehydrogenation reactor without shutting down the unit,while supplementing and improving the existing process special protection plan under the response condition,to prevent sudden incidents in the unit system and ensure the safe and long-term operation of the process production.
