摘要
在人权话语日益成为全球治理核心议题的当代世界,如何以中华文化主体性建构具有跨文化传播力的话语体系,成为中国人文社会科学面临的重要挑战。长期以来,西方主导的人权叙事高度制度化、理性化,往往忽视人权的情感维度与文化根源,难以回应多元文明之间的深层共鸣。“诗性正义”概念在此语境下产生,旨在从以唐诗为代表的中华诗学传统中发掘人文精神的文化表达机制,构建兼具情感传导力与伦理内涵的跨文化叙事体系。取径于福柯“知识考古学”的方法论,唐诗中所体现的生命价值、人格尊严、发展关怀、环境伦理等核心人文理念及其文化生成逻辑,得以从“叙事载体”“叙事伦理”“叙事结构”三个维度得到系统揭示。唐诗所构建的诗性正义并非制度性规范的替代品,而是一种具有中华文明特质的伦理审美话语方式,具有跨文化传播中的象征性与情感动员功能。通过论证唐诗人文精神在全球文明对话中的现实价值,具有鲜明中华文化主体性的全球文明对话话语体系的可能路径由此构建。
In an era where human rights discourse has become a central theme in global governance,a pressing challenge for Chinese humanities and social sciences is how to construct a discourse system grounded in Chinese cultural subjectivity that also possesses strong cross-cultural communicative power.Historically,Western-led human rights narratives have been highly institutionalized and rationalized,often overlooking the emotional dimension and cultural foundations of human rights,making it difficult to foster deep resonance across diverse civilizations.Against this backdrop,the concept of poetic justice is introduced,aiming to uncover the cultural mechanisms through which the humanistic spirit is articulated in the Chinese poetic tradition,exemplified by Tang poetry,and to build a cross-cultural narrative system that integrates emotional resonance with ethical depth.Drawing on Michel Foucault’s methodology of the“archaeology of knowledge”,the core humanistic ideals embodied in Tang poetry—such as the value of life,the dignity of personhood,developmental care,and environmental ethics—and their underlying cultural logic are systematically revealed through the three dimensions of“narrative medium”,“narrative ethics”,and“narrative structure.”The notion of poetic justice presented here is not intended as a replacement for institutional norms,but rather as an ethically and aesthetically distinct discourse mode rooted in Chinese civilization.It carries symbolic and affective power,offering unique advantages in crosscultural communication.Ultimately,by demonstrating the contemporary relevance of the humanistic spirit expressed in Tang poetry within global dialogues on civilization,a pathway emerges for constructing a discourse system for global communication that embodies a distinctly Chinese cultural perspective.
