摘要
基于微观层面,本文剖析了石墨填料润滑和密封的基本原理,简述了国际上低逸散填料的标准化发展历程;结合国内外相关标准和研究的试验报告,得出影响石墨填料密封性能的因素是结构和理化特性相结合的多元化综合因素。通过分析石墨填料密封结构三条泄漏通道的泄漏机理,对目前常用的若干种石墨填料进行深入研究。结合不同阀杆运动形态,分析填料密封失效的主要原因,并有针对性地提出了优化方案。本研究为阀门石墨填料的结构设计提供了一定的参考。
Based on the micro level,this paper analyzes the basic principle of lubrication and sealing of graphite filler,and briefly describes the standardization development process of low fugitive filler in the world.Combined with the relevant standards and research test reports at home and abroad,it is conclu-ded that the factors affecting the sealing performance of graphite filler are the diversified comprehensive factors combining structure and physical and chemical properties.By analyzing the leakage mechanism of three leakage channels of graphite packing seal structure,several kinds of graphite packings com-monly used at present are studied in depth.Combined with different valve stem motion patterns,the main reasons for the failure of the packing seal are analyzed,and the optimization scheme is proposed.This study provides a certain reference for the structural design of valve graphite filler.
