摘要
针对极端工况下特种阀门的工程应用需求,本文聚焦于提升设备在高温高压、强腐蚀及深海环境等复杂场景中的可靠性。通过系统分析整合材料创新、密封技术升级与结构优化方案,解决了传统阀门在恶劣条件下易失效的技术瓶颈。结合典型设计案例验证关键技术的有效性,通过案例及实际工况的验证,采用镍基高温合金、多层密封结构和耐腐蚀衬里等技术可显著提升阀门的可靠性和使用寿命。该研究成果为极端工况下特种阀门的工程应用提供了理论依据和实践参考。
In response to the engineering application requirements of special valves under extreme work-ing conditions,research focuses on improving the reliability of equipment in complex scenarios such as high temperature,high pressure,strong corrosion,and deep-sea environments.By systematically an-alyzing and integrating material innovation,sealing technology upgrades,and structural optimization solutions,the focus is on addressing the technical bottleneck of traditional valves that are prone to fail-ure under harsh conditions.Validate the effectiveness of key technologies through typical design cases.Through case studies and actual working conditions verification,the use of nickel based high-temper-ature alloys,multi-layer sealing structures,and corrosion-resistant liners can significantly improve the reliability and service life of valves.This research provides theoretical basis and practical reference for the engineering application of special valves under extreme working conditions.
