基于有限元的两瓣式卡箍型快开盲板研制讨论

摘要 针对PVC出料过滤器快速清理需求,本文对与其连接的四种不同结构盲板的特点进行分析,基于分析结果,重点对卡箍式快开盲板的启闭机构、密封结构进行深入研究,设计出启闭便捷快速、密封严密可靠的两瓣式卡箍型快开盲板。采用有限元法建立盲板模型,分析盲板盖、卡箍等部位的应力分布,确定最大应力位置,讨论不同应力指标下的应力状态;基于JB 4732标准进行应力评定,得到最优快开和密封结构。该研究成果可为后续产品的研发提供理论指导和技术支撑。 In view of the rapid cleaning requirements of PVC discharge filter,this paper analyzes the characteristics of four different structural blind plates connected to it.Based on the analysis results,the opening and closing mechanism and sealing structure of the clamp-type quick-opening blind plate are studied in depth,and a two-lobe clamp-type quick-opening blind plate with convenient and fast o-pening and closing and tight and reliable sealing is designed.The finite element method is used to es-tablish the blind plate model,analyze the stress distribution of the blind plate cover,clamp and other parts,determine the maximum stress position,and discuss the stress state under different stress inde-xes.Based on the JB 4732 standard,the stress evaluation is carried out to obtain the optimal quick o-pening and sealing structure.The research results can provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the subsequent product development.
