摘要
针对云南勐捧糖厂结晶罐积垢导致白砂糖质量下降、生产成本偏高的问题,探索高效、经济且环保的除垢技术,以提升产品质量与企业竞争力。系统对比物理除垢法(600~1 000 kg/cm^(2)高压水射流)与化学除垢法(KC-38清洗专用添加剂与P-112酸洁灵酸碱煮洗)在清洁效果、设备影响、成本效益及生产适配性等方面的表现。化学除垢药剂符合食品工业安全标准,清洗废水经处理达标排放。化学除垢法显著提升白砂糖关键质量指标,黑点≤5个/锅的占比从93.51%升至99.36%,黄点≤5个/锅的占比从72.28%升至97.58%,不溶于水杂质≤10 mg/kg的占比从52.72%升至93.12%,需标注黄黑点的糖锅数量从77锅减至3锅;年除垢成本从27.428万元降至6.4741万元,降幅超70%,且无需外包人工,设备维护成本降低。KC-38与P-112组合的化学除垢法可深度清除顽固罐垢,从源头减少白砂糖杂质,是兼顾清洁效率、成本控制与设备保护的优选方案。未来需进一步研发绿色除垢剂、优化防垢技术并推动设备工艺升级,以实现除垢技术的高效化与可持续发展。
This study addressed the issues of decreased white sugar quality and high production costs caused by crystallizer scaling at the Yunnan Mengpeng Sugar Factory.It aimed to explore efficient,economical,and environmentally friendly descaling technologies to enhance product quality and enterprise competitiveness.A systematic comparison was conducted between the physical descaling method(600~1000 kg/cm^(2) high-pressure water jet)and the chemical descaling method(using KC-38 special cleaning additive and P-112 acid cleaner via acid-alkali boiling).The evaluation focused on cleaning effectiveness,equipment impact,cost-effectiveness,and production adaptability.The chemicals used complied with food industry safety standards,and the generated wastewater was treated to meet relevant discharge standards.The chemical descaling method significantly improved key white sugar quality indicators:the proportion of batches with≤5 black spots per pot increased from 93.51%to 99.36%;the proportion with≤5 yellow spots per pot rose from 72.28%to 97.58%;the proportion meeting the refined white sugar standard for water-insoluble impurities(≤10 mg/kg)jumped from 52.72%to 93.12%.The number of sugar pots requiring labeling for black/yellow spots plummeted from 77 to 3.Furthermore,the annual descaling cost decreased from 274280 CNY to 64741 CNY,a reduction of over 70%,eliminating the need for outsourced labor and reducing equipment maintenance costs.The chemical descaling method combining KC-38 and P-112 effectively removes stubborn tank scale,reducing sugar impurities at the source.It represents an optimal solution balancing cleaning efficiency,cost control,and equipment protection.Future efforts should focus on developing greener descaling agents,optimizing scale prevention technologies,and upgrading equipment and processes to promote more efficient and sustainable descaling technologies.
