摘要
莲藕作为中国饮食文化中的经典符号,既承载着“药食同源”的中医养生智慧,又深刻体现了中华文明的身体哲学与生命美学。基于“饮食符号学”与“身体现象学”的双重视角,研究系统分析了莲藕从餐桌到银幕的符号嬗变过程,并构建“形态-功能-文化”三级转译模型,进而提出“饮食哲学—身体现象学—符号传播学”的跨学科研究范式。研究结果表明,这一转译实践通过影视视觉奇观,实现了从味觉体验到哲学表达的升华,为中华饮食文化符号的当代传播与价值转化提供了创新路径。
As a classic symbol in Chinese dietary culture,lotus root not only embodies the TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine)health-preserving wisdom of“food and medicine sharing the same origin”,but also profoundly reflects the body philosophy and life aesthetics of Chinese civilization.Based on the dual perspectives of“dietary semiotics”and“bodily phenomenology”,the study systematically analyzes the symbolic evolution process of lotus root from the dining table to the screen,constructs a three-level translation model of“form-function-culture”,and further proposes an interdisciplinary research paradigm of“dietary philosophy-bodily phenomenology-symbolic communication studies”.The research results show that this translation practice realizes the sublimation from taste experience to philosophical expression through the visual spectacle of film and television,providing an innovative path for the contemporary communication and value transformation of Chinese dietary cultural symbols.
