摘要
针对泗阳二站原有2.8ZLQ-7.0型水泵扬程偏高、性能落后等问题,采用CFD有限元软件建立三维水泵模型,在不同叶轮直径、不同流量、不同叶片角度下,进行内流分析和装置性能预测。提出了采用TJ04-ZL-02新型水泵装置的加固改造方案,并在不同工况下进行内流分析和装置性能分析。研究表明,现有水泵装置将转速从150 r/min降低到136.4 r/min后,增加叶片角度或增大叶轮直径,在设计扬程工况下,流量均不能满足设计要求;采用TJ04-ZL-02水泵后,当叶轮直径为2 850 mm、转速为150 r/min时,在设计扬程下可获得较高的装置效率;若将叶轮直径增大到2 950 mm后,可将转速降低到136.4 r/min运行。
In response to the issues of high head and outdated performance of the original 2.8ZLQ-7.0 water pump at Siyang Second Station,a three-dimensional water pump model was established using CFD finite element software.Internal flow analysis and device performance prediction were conducted under different impeller diameters,flow rates,and blade angles.A reinforcement and renovation scheme using the TJ04-ZL-02 new water pump device was proposed,and internal flow analysis and device performance analysis were conducted under different operating conditions.The study showed that after reducing the rotational speed of the existing water pump device from 150 r/min to 136.4 r/min,increasing the blade angle or enlarging the impeller diameter failed to meet the design requirements for flow rate under the design head condition.With the adoption of the TJ04-ZL-02 water pump,when the impeller diameter was 2,850 mm and the rotational speed was 150 r/min,a higher unit efficiency could be achieved under the design head.If the impeller diameter was increased to 2,950 mm,the rotational speed could be reduced to 136.4 r/min for operation.
