不同工况下拦污栅对大中型泵站装置性能影响研究

Study on the influence of trash racks on the performance of large and mediumsized pump station units under different operating conditions

摘要 采用CFD数值模拟方法,对不同拦污栅栅条间距、不同栅前堵塞程度、进水侧不同水位等情况下泵装置内部流态进行了计算,分析了不同工况下拦污栅对泵装置性能的影响。结果表明:随着栅条净距的减小,泵装置对应的效率最高点有所下降;随着拦污栅底部的堵塞物高度增加,水流通过拦污栅后流线明显向下倾斜,需要更长的距离来恢复均匀流动,拦污栅两侧的孔口流量比也逐渐上升;进水侧超低水位工况相比设计水位孔口流量比分配更不均匀。综合来看,为保证机组运行安全稳定性,拦污栅前污物的堵塞高度应小于泵站进口高度的20%。 The CFD numerical simulation method was used to calculate the internal flow state of the pump device under different grate bar spacings,different clogging degrees in front of the racks,and different water levels on the inlet side,and the influence of the trash rack on the pump unit performance under different operating conditions was analyzed.The results show that:with the decrease of the clear spacing of grate bars,the peak efficiency of the corresponding pump unit decreases;as the height of the clogging substances at the bottom of the trash rack increases,the flow lines after passing through the trash rack incline obviously downward,requiring a longer distance to restore uniform flow,and the orifice flow ratio on both sides of the trash rack gradually increases;compared with the design water level,the orifice flow ratio distribution under the ultra-low water level condition on the intake side is more uneven.Overall,to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit,the clogging height of pollutants in front of the trash rack should be less than 20%of the inlet height of the pumping station.
