基于专家访谈的公共卫生人才培养创新模式探索

Exploration on an innovative cultivation model of public health talents based on interview with experts

摘要 采用半结构式访谈法,围绕培养目标、人才培养模式、课程设置、实验教学环节及教学进度安排等议题,与疾病预防控制中心、海关、高校等机构的行业专家展开讨论。经梳理和凝练,形成系统性优化建议100余条,涵盖大数据分析与处理、突发公共卫生事件应急处置、生物安全防护、卫生法学、医学伦理等方面。文章指出“新医科”背景下公共卫生医学教育应以成果导向教育理念为指导,深度融合大数据、云计算、人工智能、虚拟仿真等现代信息技术,构建校地协同的联合培养机制,以强化专业学生的实战应用能力。 The authors conducted research on the needs for public health talents and they employed semi-structured interviews with experts from disease control and prevention centers,customs,and universities,focusing on the topics of cultivation objectives,talent cultivation models,curriculum design,experimental teaching,and teaching schedules.The authors analyzed the data and reduced them to over 100 systematic optimization suggestions,which were then classified into categories of big data analysis and processing,emergency response to public health incidents,biosafety protection,health law,and medical ethics.The study indicates that,under the context of New Medicine,there is the need to integrate modern information technologies of big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence,and virtual simulation,into medical education of public health.There is also the need to establish a joint cultivation mechanism of university-community collaboration,based on outcome-based education concept,to enhance the practical application ability in students.
