电子实验报告在药理学实验教学中的应用效果研究

摘要 随着教育数字化转型的深入,实验报告形式的革新成为提升实践教学质量的关键环节。文章以广州医科大学药学院2023级药学本科生为对象,通过对比教学与问卷调查等方法,首次系统探讨电子实验报告在药理学实验课程中的应用效果。数据显示:86%的学生支持全面采用电子实验报告,其核心优势体现在高效协作、数据可视化及资源可持续性三方面;但14%的学生指出其存在手绘机制图不便、格式兼容性问题等缺陷。因此,该研究提出“分类实施+模板优化”的混合报告模式:对数据处理型实验(如计算药动学参数)推行全电子化,对需手绘示意图的实验(如离体平滑肌实验)采用“电子文本+手绘扫描”的混合制式。该成果将为医药院校实验教学改革提供实证依据。 With the deepening of digital transformation in education,the innovation of lab report format has become a key link in improving the quality of practical teaching.The authors explored electronic lab reports(ELRs)first in the experimental teaching of pharmacology for the undergraduates of pharmacy,then they conducted comparative research and a questionnaire survey on the effect of ELRs.Data show that 86%of students agree on a full transition to ELRs,due to its core advantages of efficient collaboration,data visualization,and resource sustainability.However,14%of students point out its drawbacks of format compatibility and difficulty in hand drawing mechanism diagrams in ELRs.The authors therefore propose a hybrid model of“grouping implementation+template optimization”.ELRs are applied to data-processing experiments,such as pharmacokinetic parameters calculation,and the hybrid format of“electronic text+scanning of hand-drawn diagrams”is applied to the experiments requiring illustrative sketches,such as isolated smooth-muscle experiments.The research aims to provide empirical evidence for similar reforms in the experimental teaching of medical and pharmaceutical institutions.
