摘要
天然药物化学实验是药学类专业的必修课,是天然药物化学的重要组成部分。针对当前天然药物化学实验教学中存在的教学内容滞后、教学模式单一、评价体系不完善等问题,团队构建了“三阶六环”自主探究式实验教学模式,并以小檗碱提取实验为例进行了实践探索。该教学模式通过“打基础、动手做、善创造”三个阶段和“问题驱动、自主设计实验、合作探究、反思优化、成果凝练、迁移拓展”六个环节来实施教学,引导学生从被动学习转向主动探究,提升了学生的综合素质,锻炼了学生的实验操作能力、科研兴趣和团队协作能力,培养了学生发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力,激发了学生的创新思维,提高了学习兴趣及科学研究能力。该实验教学模式为培养新时代创新型药学人才提供了有效路径,也为天然药物化学实验教学改革提供了实践范例。
Experimental natural product chemistry is a compulsory course for pharmacy students,however,there are problems of outdated teaching content,monotonous teaching mode,and imperfect evaluation system in current teaching.The authors constructed a“three-stage and six-link”model characterized by independent enquiry and explored it in the experimental teaching of berberine extraction.The three stages are learning,doing,and innovating;the six links are problem identification,independent design,cooperative exploration,optimization,condensation of results,and expansion.The students learn to discover,analyze and solve problems,and they can also develop experimental skills,improve teamwork skills,and strengthen scientific research ability.This model guides students from passive learning to active exploration,so that they can increase their interest in learning,develop innovative thinking,and improve comprehensive quality.This model proves effective in the cultivation of innovative talents of pharmacy,providing reference for similar reforms in experimental teaching.
