树脂改性聚硅氮烷涂层的制备及其性能研究

摘要 采用甲基苯基硅树脂、氟碳树脂和丙烯酸树脂改性聚硅氮烷,配合各种助剂制备涂料,并在304不锈钢片上制成涂层,测试其附着力、硬度、柔韧性、耐溶剂性和疏水性.实验结果发现3种树脂改性聚硅氮烷涂层的附着力、硬度和耐溶剂性变化不大.丙烯酸树脂改性聚硅氮烷涂层、氟碳树脂改性聚硅氮烷涂层、甲基苯基硅树脂改性聚硅氮烷涂层的柔韧性(GB/T 6742—2007)和水接触角(漆膜疏水性:GB/T 26490—2011)分别为0T和75.3°、3T和104.3°、3T和99.1°.上述结果表明:丙烯酸树脂改性能够提高聚硅氮烷涂层的柔韧性,不能提高其疏水性;氟碳树脂改性能够提高聚硅氮烷涂层的疏水性,不能提高其柔韧性;甲基苯基硅树脂改性不能提高聚硅氮烷涂层的柔韧性,对其疏水性能的提高也不明显. Polysilazane is a resin with excellent adhesion and anti-corrosion properties,but due to the limitations of film formation mechanism,the film made of Polysilazane is too thin with insufficient flexi-bility and poor hydrophobicity.A varnish paint was prepared using methylphenyl silicone resin,fluorocar-bon resin,and thermoplastic acrylic resin modified polysiloxane,combined with various additives.The coating was made on 304 stainless steel sheet,its adhesion,hardness,flexibility,solvent resistance,and hy-drophobicity were tested.The experimental results showed that the adhesion,hardness,and solvent resist-ance of the paint film did not change significantly when three types of resin modified polysilazanevarnish were used.Regarding film flexibility(in accordance with Standard GB 6742—2007),the flexibility of a-crylic resin modified polysilazane varnish is 0T,that of fluorocarbon resin modified polysilazane varnish is 3T,and that of methylphenyl silicone resin modified polysilazane varnish is 3T.The hydrophobicity of the paint film(in accordance with Standard GB/T 26490—2011,indicating film hydrophobicity),the water contact angle of acrylic resin modified polysilazane varnish film is 75.3°,that of fluorocarbon resin modi-fied polysilazane varnish is 104.3°,and that of methylphenyl silicone resin modified polysilazane varnish is 99.1°.These results indicate that acrylate modification can improve the flexibility of polysilazane films,but cannot improve their hydrophobicity.Fluorocarbon resin modification can improve the hydrophobicity of polysilazane films,but cannot improve their flexibility.Modification of silicone resin can neither im-prove the flexibility of polysilazane films nor significantly improve their hydrophobicity.
