摘要
利用噬菌体展示筛选技术,以CPs为底物库筛选出能够与SUMO1末端十二肽(DG12:DVIEVYQEQTGG,主要作用部位)特异性结合的CP-1的氨基酸序列(CLPSRETVC).通过结合亲和力、吸附动力学和电化学等实验进行CP-1对DG12的性能测试,结果表明CP-1对SUMO1有高灵敏的特异性识别作用.
The amino acid sequence(CLPSRETVC)of CP-1 that can bind specifically to SUMO1 ter-minal dodecapeptide(DG12:DVIEVYQEQTGG,primary site of action)was screened using phage display screening technique with CPs as the substrate library.The performance of CP-1 against DG12 was tested by combining affinity,adsorption kinetics and electrochemistry experiments,and the results showed that CP-1 has a highly sensitive and specific recognition of SUMO1.
