摘要
目的探讨布地奈德福莫特罗联合噻托溴铵在哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病(ACOS)重叠综合征治疗中的临床效果。方法选取88例哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征患者作为研究对象,采用随机颜色球抽取法分为对照组(采取布地奈德福莫特罗单一治疗,44例)和研究组(采取布地奈德福莫特罗+噻托溴铵联合治疗,44例)。比较两组患者不良反应发生情况、肺功能指标[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC]水平。结果研究组不良反应发生率6.82%较对照组的27.27%更低(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组FVC(2.86±0.54)L、FEV1(2.20±0.56)L、FEV1/FVC(76.92±7.52)%较对照组的(2.52±0.25)L、(1.82±0.41)L、(72.21±7.54)%更高(P<0.05)。结论对于ACOS患者采用布地奈德福莫特罗联合噻托溴铵治疗能更好的改善患者肺功能,减少药物不良反应,ACOS具有推广价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of budesonide/formoterol combined with tiotropium bromide in the treatment of asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease overlap syndrome(ACOS).Methods 88 patients with asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease overlap syndrome were selected as the study subjects.Using a random color ball extraction method,they were divided into a control group(44 patients receiving budesonide/formoterol monotherapy)and a study group(44 patients receiving combined budesonide/formoterol plus tiotropium bromide therapy).The adverse reactions and lung function indicators[forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),FEV1/FVC]of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(6.82%vs.27.27%,P<0.05).After treatment,the study group had FVC of(2.86±0.54)L,FEV1 of(2.20±0.56)L,and FEV1/FVC of(76.92±7.52)%,which were higher than those in the control group[(2.52±0.25)L,(1.82±0.41)L,and(72.21±7.54)%](P<0.05).Conclusion The combination therapy of budesonide/formoterol with tiotropium bromide can improve lung function,reduce adverse reactions in patients with asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease overlap syndrome.It has promotional value.
