摘要
目的:分析医院药房抗肿瘤药物的使用情况,探讨患者使用抗肿瘤药物后不良反应的发生规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:选取2024年7月至11月在淄博市传染病医院药房取药的200例使用抗肿瘤药物患者。收集这些患者用药记录、病历资料及不良反应报告。分析这些患者抗肿瘤药物的使用情况、不良反应的类型、使用不同抗肿瘤药物患者不良反应的发生情况。结果:这些患者使用的抗肿瘤药物有15种,使用频率最高的为紫杉醇(32.5%),顺铂(25.0%)和卡培他滨(18.0%)的使用频率也较高。这些患者中,发生不良反应的有92例,不良反应发生率为46.0%。其中,骨髓抑制(22.0%)、消化道反应(16.0%)和过敏反应(8.0%)较为常见。使用紫杉醇的患者不良反应发生率最高,达53.8%;使用顺铂和卡培他滨的患者不良反应发生率也较高,分别为44.0%和44.4%;使用氟尿嘧啶、多西他赛和环磷酰胺的患者不良反应发生率相对较低,但也在30%以上;使用其他药物的患者不良反应发生率为46.2%。结论:临床使用的抗肿瘤药物种类较多,患者不良反应的发生率较高,需加强药物监测与管理,优化用药方案,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective:To analyze the usage of antineoplastic drugs in the hospital pharmacy and investigate the patterns of adverse reactions in patients after using these drugs,so as to provide a reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods:A total of 200 patients who received antineoplastic drugs from the pharmacy of Zibo Infectious Disease Hospital between July 2024 and November 2024 were selected.The medication records,medical record data,and adverse reaction reports of these patients were collected.The usage of antineoplastic drugs,the types of adverse reactions,and the incidence of adverse reactions in patients using different antineoplastic drugs were analyzed.Results:The patients used 15 types of antineoplastic drugs.Paclitaxel had the highest frequency of use(32.5%),while the frequencies of Cisplatin(25.0%)and Capecitabine(18.0%)were also relatively high.Among these patients,92 cases experienced adverse reactions,resulting in an adverse reaction incidence rate of 46.0%.Among these,bone marrow suppression(22.0%),gastrointestinal reactions(16.0%),and allergic reactions(8.0%)were more common.The incidence rate of adverse reactions was highest in patients using paclitaxel,reaching 53.8%;the incidence rates were also relatively high in patients using cisplatin and capecitabine,at 44.0%and 44.4%respectively;the incidence rates in patients using fluorouracil,docetaxel,and cyclophosphamide were relatively lower but still above 30%;the incidence rate in patients using other drugs was 46.2%.Conclusion:There is a wide variety of antineoplastic drugs used clinically,and the incidence of adverse reactions in patients is high.It is necessary to strengthen drug monitoring and management,optimize medication regimens,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
