计及智能软开关的分布式电源优化配置研究

摘要 高渗透率分布式电源DG(distributed generation)的接入给主动配电网ADN(active distribution network)的运行带来了巨大挑战。考虑到智能软开关SOP(soft open point)在ADN中灵活高效的调节能力,提出了系统规划与运行优化相结合的DG与SOP三层协调规划模型。其中,上层以DG运营商单位容量年收益最大进行DG规划,中层以配电公司年综合成本最小进行SOP规划,下层以配电网络损耗最小优化系统运行状态。采用场景分析技术解决DG出力不确定性问题,提出改进灰狼算法与二阶锥规划混合算法求解模型。最后,以IEEE 33节点系统为例验证规划模型与求解算法的可行性。 The access of high-penetration distributed generations(DGs)poses significant challenges to the operation of active distribution network(ADN).With the consideration of the flexible and efficient regulation capability of soft open point(SOP)in ADN,a three-layer coordinated planning model of DG and SOP was proposed,which was combined with system planning and operation optimization.The planning of DG was determined by maximizing the annual revenue of a DG operator in the upper layer,the planning of SOP was determined by minimizing the annual comprehensive cost of distribution companies in the middle layer,and the system operation condition was optimized by minimizing the loss of distribution network in the lower layer.The scenario analysis technology was utilized to deal with the randomness of DG output,and a hybrid algorithm based on improved grey wolf optimization algorithm and second-order cone programming was put forward to solve the model.Finally,an IEEE 33-node system was taken as an example to verify the feasibility of the planning model and the corresponding solving algorithm.
