摘要
文章基于吐鲁番市水利工程、农村、城市和园区等四种供水类型的水价改革现状,采用灰色关联度方法对水价变化及其影响因素进行分析。针对水价改革过程中存在的统筹调整水价机制未形成、城乡水价存在倒挂现象、城市自来水工业水价偏低等难点问题,进行了深入研究分析并提出相应的对策建议。研究结果表明,通过实施水价改革,能够有效提高用水效率,有利于促进极端干旱区节约用水并实现水资源的可持续利用。
Based on the current situation of water price reform of four types of water supply in the Turpan City,including water conservancy projects,rural areas,urban areas and parks,this article analyzes the change of water price and its influencing factors by using the gray correlation analysis method.In response to the difficulties in the process of water price reform,such as the lack of a coordinated adjustment mechanism for water prices,the phenomenon of inverted urban-rural water prices,and the low water prices of urban tap water industry,in-depth research and analysis have been conducted,and corresponding measures and suggestions have been proposed.The research results indicate that implementing water price reform can effectively improve water use efficiency,promote water conservation in extremely arid areas,and achieve sustainable utilization of water resources.
