摘要
目的:分析腹腔镜胆囊切除手术中以专业化协作方式配合的效果,观察该模式对提高手术精准度的影响。方法:选取2024年5月至2025年5月间我院收治的80例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的患者进行分析研究,患者随机分为观察组(40例)与对照组(40例),其中观察组采取标准化配合护理方式,包含对术前的用品进行准备,实时配合,对每一个步骤的手术操作进行预测分析;而对照组则采用常规化护理方法。观察比较两组手术所需的时间、手术器械传递的正确率以及术野的显露优良率。结果:观察组的手术时间比对照组明显缩短,器械传递准确率、术野显露优良率比对照组更优(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜胆囊切除手术患者实施以专业化为基础的配合有较好效果,有效提高了手术精准度。
Objective:To analyze the effect of professional collaboration in laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery and observe the impact of this mode on improving surgical accuracy.Method:Eighty patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital between May 2024 and May 2025 were selected for analysis and study.The patients were randomly divided into an observation group(40 cases)and a control group(40 cases).The observation group adopted standardized cooperative nursing methods,including preparation of preoperative supplies,real-time cooperation,and predictive analysis of each step of the surgical operation;The control group received routine nursing care.Observe and compare the time required for surgery,the accuracy of surgical instrument delivery,and the excellent rate of surgical field exposure between the two groups.Result:The surgical time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the accuracy of instrument delivery and the rate of excellent surgical field exposure were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of specialized cooperation in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery has a good effect and effectively improves surgical accuracy.
