钛合金细晶铸造技术研究进展与应用

摘要 钛合金具有密度小、强度高、耐高温等优点,是航空航天、船舶、武器装备、光学仪器等领域的重要结构材料。近年来,高端装备制造技术的发展,对钛合金部件的性能提出了更高的要求,因此获得高性能钛合金铸件是现阶段铸造钛合金的研究方向之一。细化晶粒是综合提高钛合金性能的有效途径,为此本文从工艺的角度介绍了多种细晶钛合金的制备方法,对不同工艺中存在的技术问题和研究进展进行了阐述,并在此基础上对细晶钛合金制备工艺方法进行了展望,以期为细晶铸造钛合金的相关研究和应用提供参考。 Titanium alloys are important structural materials in fields such as aviation,aerospace,shipping,weaponry and equipment,and optical instruments due to their advantages of low density,high strength,and high temperature resistance.In recent years,with the development of high-end equipment manufacturing technology,higher requirements have been put forward for the performance of titanium alloy components.Therefore,obtaining high-performance titanium alloy castings is one of the research directions for casting titanium alloys at present.Grain refinement has been recognized as an effective approach to comprehensively improve the properties of titanium alloys.This paper systematically introduces various preparation methods for fine-grained titanium alloys from a process perspective,elaborates on the technical challenges and research progress in different processes,and provides an outlook on the development of fine-grained titanium alloy preparation technologies.It aims to offer valuable references for related research and practical applications of fine-grained cast titanium alloys.
