长宁页岩气区块钻井液防漏堵漏技术研究与应用

Technological Study and Application of Leakage Prevention and Plugging for Drilling Fluids in Changning Shale Gas Block

摘要 长宁页岩气区块位于四川盆地川南低陡构造带和娄山褶皱带之间,受地表喀斯特地貌、堆积体影响,全井自上而下存在多个漏失层位,且现场堵漏施工难度大,一次成功率低。通过分析邻井实钻资料并总结施工经验,室内研究评价并优选出桥堵增效剂和一袋式堵漏剂,增强中上部水基钻井液堵漏效果;同时研制出吸油膨胀堵漏剂,使吸油膨胀率达到4.9倍以上,将该堵漏剂与其他桥堵颗粒配合使用,大幅降低水平段油基钻井液漏失量。形成的长宁页岩气区块防漏堵漏技术方案在宁209区块得到推广应用,应用实践表明上部茅口-栖霞组水基钻井液漏失一次堵漏成功率相比技术方案应用前提升42%,目的层龙马溪-五峰组油基钻井液漏失量相比技术方案应用前下降70%。 Changning Shale Gas Block is located between the low steep tectonic belt of Sichuan South and Loushan fold belt in Sichuan Basin.Affected by the surface karst topography and accumulation body,there are multiple leakage layers from top to bottom of the whole well,and the site plugging construction is difficult and the success rate is low.By analyzing the actual drilling data of the neighboring wells and summarizing the construction experience,indoor study evaluated and preferred bridge plugging synergist and one-bag plugging agent,which enhanced the effect of plugging in the middle and upper section.Moreover,oil-absorbing and swelling plugging agent,with oil absorption and swelling rate of more than 4.9 times,was developed,which together with other bridge plugging particles,greatly reduced the amount of leakage of the oil-based drilling fluids in the horizontal section.The leakage prevention and plugging technology program formed in Changning Shale Gas Block has been popularized and applied in Ning 209 Block.The success rate of one-time plugging of water-based drilling fluid leakage in the upper Maokou-Qixia Formation was increased by 42%,and the amount of oil-based drilling fluid leakage in the target layer Longmaxi-Wufeng Formation decreased by 70%,compared with the corresponding values before applying the designed technological scheme.
