PVA纤维-工程磷建筑石膏基复合材料砌筑砌体力学性能试验研究

Experimental Study on the Mechanical Behavior of Masonry Constructed Using PVA Fiber-Engineering Phosphorus Building Gypsum Composites

摘要 为探究PVA纤维-工程磷建筑石膏基复合材料(PVAEGC)在砌体结构中作为砌筑砂浆的适用性,设计并制作了3个轴心受压试件、3个抗剪试件、3个通缝抗弯试件及3个齿缝抗弯试件,随后开展了抗压、抗剪及抗弯性能测试。结果显示:PVAEGC砌筑砌体的受压破坏特征与烧结普通砖砌体相似,抗压试件的平均实测抗压强度为8.78 MPa;在抗剪试验中,所有试件均表现出一定延性,抗剪试件的平均实测抗剪强度为0.46 MPa。沿通缝截面进行抗弯的试件主要沿灰缝发生破坏,而沿齿缝截面的抗弯试件则表现为砖体断裂;沿通缝和齿缝截面的抗弯试件的平均实测弯曲抗拉强度分别为0.46 MPa和1.06 MPa。PVAEGC砌筑砌体的抗压、抗剪及弯曲抗拉强度可依据《砌体结构设计规范》(GB 50003-2011)附录B中提供的公式进行估算。 This study investigates the feasibility of using a polyvinyl alcohol fiber-engineered phosphogypsum-based composite(PVAEGC)as masonry mortar in structural applications.Three axial compression specimens,three shear specimens,three flexural specimens with through joints,and three flexural specimens with toothed joints were fabricated and tested to determine compressive,shear,and flexural strengths.The results show that the compressive failure mode of PVAEGC masonry is generally comparable to that of conventional fired clay brick masonry,with an average compressive strength of 8.78 MPa.In shear tests,all specimens exhibited noticeable ductility,and the average shear strength was 0.46 MPa.For flexural tests,specimens with through joints failed along the mortar joints,whereas those with toothed joints failed by brick fracture.The average flexural tensile strengths were 0.46 MPa and 1.06 MPa for through-joint and toothed-joint specimens,respectively.These findings suggest that the compressive,shear,and flexural tensile strengths of PVAEGC masonry can be reliably estimated using the empirical formulas provided in Appendix B of the Code for Design of Masonry Structures(GB 50003-2011).
