摘要
本文基于协同理论,构建“五位一体”协同模式及“五维破圈”策略,研究天津城市礼物设计中政、校、行、企、园的协同机制与优化路径。通过案例分析与实地调研,结合政策文本、市场数据及实践成果,系统剖析多元主体在文化IP构建、数字化场景应用中的协同效能。研究表明,纵向闭环协同与横向资源共享机制可整合碎片资源,可提升创新力与品牌价值,为同类项目提供理论框架与实践范式。
This article is based on collaborative theory and constructs a“five-in-one”collaborative model and a“five-dimensional breakout”strategy.It studies the collaborative mechanisms and optimization paths among government,schools,industry,enterprises,and parks in the design of urban gifts in Tianjin.Through case analysis and field research,combined with policy texts,market data,and practical outcomes,it systematically analyzes the collaborative effectiveness of multiple stakeholders in constructing cultural IP and applying digital scenarios.The research indicates that vertical closed-loop collaboration and horizontal resource-sharing mechanisms can integrate fragmented resources,enhance innovation and brand value,and provide a theoretical framework and practical paradigm for similar projects.
