摘要
“慕课西行2.0”是1.0版本的延续与深化,为促进中西部高等教育均衡发展提供重要路径。中山大学生化分离分析技术与原理,是喀什大学生物技术专业发展和建设的必须课程。基于同步课堂智慧教学,开展“生物大分子物质的制备”与“色谱拓展”两个章节的教学,通过线上线下融合,以胰岛素制备、色谱技术等为核心内容,辅以虚拟仿真实验与真实案例解析,结合课外沙龙互动,突破地域与资源限制,实现优势互补与资源协同,可有效提升西部喀什大学学生的实践能力与学科视野,为培养更多适应区域发展的高素质生物技术人才奠定基础。
"MOOC Westward 2.0",a continuation and deepening of version 1.0,provides an important path for promoting balanced development of higher education in central and western China.The course"Biochemical Separation Analysis Technology and Principles"at Sun Yat-sen University is essential for the development and construction of the biotechnology major at Kashi University.Based on synchronous classroom intelligent teaching,the teaching of"Preparation of Biomacromolecules"and"Chromatography Expansion"has been carried out,which integrates online and offline ways,focused on key content such as insulin preparation and chromatography technology,supplemented by virtual simulation experiments and real case analyses,combined with extracurricular salon interactions,break through regional and resource limitations,and achieve complementary advantages and resource synergy.This has effectively enhanced the practical abilities and disciplinary vision of students at Kashi University,and lays a foundation for cultivating more high-quality biotechnology talents that adapt to regional development.
