摘要
作为医学教学、科研活动的核心载体,医科院校实验室的安全治理水平直接影响人才培养质量和科技创新进程。本文针对当前实验室安全治理存在的共性问题,依托ISO 15190规范构建智能化、科学性的制度—评估—技术—文化—实践“五位一体”的安全治理模型,融合PDCA(计划—执行—检查—改进)循环的多维度优化路径。通过总结国内实验室安全管理的典型事故案例的处理经验,阐明标准化安全治理体系在应急响应机制、危险源评估、安全文化培育、日常实践运作等方面的实施效能,为医学实验室的可持续发展提供理论支撑和实践范式,进一步推动教学与科研的高质量发展。
As the core carrier of medical teaching and research activities,the level of safety governance in medical university laboratories directly affects the quality of talent cultivation and the process of technological innovation.This study aims to address the common issues in current laboratory safety governance.Based on the ISO 15190 standard,an intelligent and scientific"system evaluation technology culture practice"five in one safety governance model is constructed,integrating a multidimensional optimization path of PDCA cycle.By summarizing the experience of handling typical accident cases in laboratory safety management in China,this paper elucidates the implementation effectiveness of standardized safety governance system in emergency response mechanism,hazard assessment,safety culture cultivation,daily practical operation,etc.,providing theoretical support and practical paradigm for the sustainable development of medical laboratories,and further promoting the high-quality development of teaching and scientific research.
