基于大数据分析平台的光伏阵列故障诊断系统

摘要 光伏阵列因长期暴露在复杂自然环境中,容易出现各种故障,进而导致电效率降低,并引发安全隐患等问题。为推动光伏运维从“故障后处置”模式向“故障前预防”模式转变,本研究构建了包括数据采集与存储、数据处理与计算、数据分析与建模、数据可视化与服务模型、平台管理与安全模型五个核心层级的大数据分析平台架构,建立了包括数据采集与监测模块、数据处理与建模模块、逻辑判断与反馈模块、故障诊断与预警模块、故障分类与定位模块五个核心模块的光伏阵列故障诊断模型,开发了光伏阵列故障诊断系统,旨在为光伏阵列故障智能诊断提供软件支撑。 Photovoltaic arrays are prone to various faults due to long-term exposure to complex natural environments,leading to reduced electrical efficiency and potential safety hazards.In order to promote the transformation of photovoltaic operation and maintenance from the"post fault disposal"mode to the"pre fault prevention"mode,this study constructed a platform architecture with big data analysis,which consists of five core levels:data acquisition and storage,data processing and calculation,data analysis and modeling,data visualization and service model,and platform management and security model.A photovoltaic array fault diagnosis model was established,which includes five core modules:data acquisition and monitoring module,data processing and modeling module,logical judgment and feedback module,fault diagnosis and warning module,and fault classification and positioning module.A photovoltaic array fault diagnosis system was developed to provide software support for intelligent diagnosis of photovoltaic array faults.
