摘要
针对卷烟机供丝系统针辊转速控制精度不足导致的烟支质量不稳定问题,提出一种针辊转速动态优化控制方法。建立针辊转速与回丝量的定量关系模型,设计参数自整定模糊-复合控制器,实现对供丝系统的实时监测和闭环控制。实验结果表明,该方法能有效提升烟支质量稳定性,降低空头率和原料损耗,为卷烟生产过程的智能化控制提供了新的技术方案。
Aiming at the problem of unstable cigarette quality caused by insufficient control accuracy of the needle roller speed in the tobacco supply system of cigarette machines,this article proposes a dynamic optimization control method for the needle roller speed.The article establishes a quantitative relationship model between the rotational speed of the needle roller and the amount of filament return,designs a parameter self-tuning fuzzy-composite controller to realize real-time monitoring and closed-loop control of the filament supply system.The experimental results show that this method can effectively enhance the stability of cigarette quality,reduce the empty rate and raw material loss,and provide a new technical solution for the intelligent control of the cigarette production process.
