摘要
随着经济的发展,城市与城市之间的联系越来越紧密,市域铁路正在逐渐成为城市交流的交通纽带。作为市域铁路的载体,市域动车组应运而生,但运行时间和里程较短,目前尚未形成统一的车辆检修标准。为更好地服务市域铁路,保障市域动车组正常运行,要以现有城市轨道交通检修体系为基础,进一步研究市域动车组检修工作。市域动车组车钩系统位于列车各单元端部,是保证列车单元可靠连接贯通,满足列车连挂、碰撞时被动安全需求的关键系统。车钩缓冲装置作为轨道车辆的关键部件,其性能关乎整车安全,因此制订合理的检修计划及检修内容显得尤为重要。总体来说,要借鉴地铁和高速动车组检修内容,提前谋划检修修程,对既有轨道车辆检修修程进行分析,同时结合市域动车组的运行特点,给出车钩缓冲装置修程内容,为后续市域动车组检修提供技术支撑。
With the development of the economy,the connection between cities is becoming increasingly close,and urban railways are gradually becoming the transportation link for urban communication.As the carrier of urban railways,urban high-speed trains have emerged,but their operating time and mileage are relatively short,and there is currently no unified vehicle maintenance standard.In order to better serve urban railways and ensure the normal operation of urban high-speed trains,it is necessary to further study the maintenance work of urban high-speed trains based on the existing urban rail transit maintenance system.The urban high-speed train coupling system is located at the end of each unit of the train,and is a key system that ensures reliable connection and continuity of the train units,meeting the passive safety requirements during train coupling and collision.As a key component of rail vehicles,the performance of the coupler buffer device is closely related to the overall safety of the vehicle,therefore,it is particularly important to develop a reasonable maintenance plan and maintenance content.Overall,it is necessary to draw on the maintenance content of subways and high-speed trains,plan the maintenance schedule in advance,analyze the maintenance schedule of existing rail vehicles,and combine the operating characteristics of urban high-speed trains to provide technical support for the maintenance of coupler buffer devices in the future.
