摘要
逆止阀作为火电厂关键设备,一旦出现故障可能引发水锤效应,影响机组安全。为提升保护可靠性,设计了基于三取二联锁逻辑的给水泵出口逆止阀保护装置,采用三路独立信号监测(阀前压强、阀后流量、阀瓣开度)和现场可编程逻辑门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)逻辑处理,并通过双中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)冗余机制实现快速响应。在半实物仿真平台验证装置性能,结果显示响应时间平均值为48.3 ms,故障识别准确率高,降级功能切换迅速。研究表明,该装置有效避免了误判和共因失效,提升了系统可靠性,为工业应用提供了高可靠保护方案。
As a key equipment in thermal power plants,the check valve may cause water hammer effect and affect the safety of the unit once it malfunctions.To improve the reliability of protection,the article designs a water pump outlet check valve protection device based on a two out of three interlock logic.It uses three independent signal monitoring(valve front pressure,valve back flow,valve disc opening)and Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA)logic processing,and achieves fast response through a redundant mechanism of dual Central Processing Unit(CPU).The performance of the device is verified on a semi physical simulation platform,and the results show that the average response time is 48.3 ms,the accuracy of fault identification is high,and the degradation function switching is rapid.Research has shown that the device effectively avoids misjudgments and common cause failures,improves system reliability,and provides a highly reliable protection solution for industrial applications.
