摘要
针对吊装作业稳定性监测需求,设计一种基于多传感器融合的实时稳定性监测系统,提出多传感器融合的吊装作业监测系统总体设计。融合算法方面,应用基于卡尔曼滤波的线性数据融合方法,引入神经网络实现非线性建模。在此基础上,构建吊装作业实时稳定性评估模型并进行实验验证。实验结果表明,该系统具有较高的检测准确性与响应速度,能够有效提升吊装作业的安全性与智能化水平。
A real-time stability monitoring system based on multi-sensor fusion is designed to meet the stability monitoring requirements of lifting operations,and the overall design of a multi-sensor fusion lifting operation monitoring system is proposed.In terms of fusion algorithms,a linear data fusion method based on Kalman filtering is applied,and neural networks are introduced to achieve nonlinear modeling.On this basis,a real-time assessment model for the stability of lifting operations is constructed and experimentally verified.The experimental results show that the system has high detection accuracy and response speed,which can effectively improve the safety and intelligence level of lifting operations.
