摘要
为解决配网自动化设备投运后三遥功能测试困难的问题,针对环网柜配电终端单元(Distribution Terminal Unit,DTU),设计标准化模拟断路器测试装置。采用双层电路板结构的丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene,ABS)防水盒设计方案,通过双稳态继电器模拟开关电气特性,配套开发电压互感器(Potential Transformer,PT)转接模块实现电压测量功能。装置内置390Ω限流电阻匹配DTU控制回路阻抗,自动切换位置状态并返回相应反馈信号。现场测试验证表明,在不同操作频率下,响应延时保持在38.2~42.8 ms,位置信号准确率超过99.3%,阻抗稳定性偏差控制在1.1%以内,PT电压传递误差低于0.5%。该装置有效解决了传统测试方法无法模拟完整开关特性的技术难题,实现了免停电条件下DTU三遥功能的精确验证。
In order to solve the problem of difficulty in testing the three remote functions of distribution automation equipment after it is put into operation,a standardized simulated circuit breaker testing device is designed for the Distribution Terminal Unit(DTU)of the ring main unit.The design scheme of Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene(ABS)waterproof box with double-layer circuit board structure is adopted,the electrical characteristics of the switch are simulated by a bistable relay,and a Potential Transformer(PT)conversion module is developed to achieve voltage measurement function.The device is equipped with a built-in 390Ω current limiting resistor that matches the DTU control circuit impedance,automatically switches position status,and returns corresponding feedback signals.On site testing verification shows that at different operating frequencies,the response delay remains between 38.2~42.8 ms,the position signal accuracy exceeds 99.3%,the impedance stability deviation is controlled within 1.1%,and the PT voltage transmission error is less than 0.5%.This device effectively solves the technical problem that traditional testing methods cannot simulate complete switch characteristics,and achieves precise verification of DTU’s three remote functions under power free conditions.
