鱿鱼胴体内壁清洗仿形外壳设计

摘要 针对鱿鱼胴体柔性特质与不规则形态导致的机械化内壁清洗难题,提出一种基于负压吸附的仿形外壳设计。基于灰度阈值法提取胴体轮廓,结合解剖学特征,分区建立分段参数化模型。在仿形外壳内壁布置均布吸附孔,通过负压吸附装置实现10.8 kPa稳定压差和15 N吸附力。实验表明,该方案可使鱿鱼胴体与仿形外壳紧密贴合且底部开口度稳定,有效解决了鱿鱼胴体固定与动态清洗稳定性问题,为软体生物加工装备开发提供了技术路径。 Aiming at the problem of mechanical inner wall cleaning caused by the flexible characteristics and irregular shape of squid carcasses,a conical shell design based on negative pressure adsorption is proposed.The carcass contour is extracted based on the gray-scale threshold method,and a segmented parametric model is established in combination with the anatomical feature zoning.Evenly distributed adsorption holes are arranged on the inner wall of the profiling shell,and a stable pressure difference of 10.8 kPa and an adsorption force of 15 N are achieved through a negative pressure adsorption device.Experiments show that this scheme can make the squid carcass closely adhere to the shaped shell and the bottom opening degree is stable,effectively solving the problems of fixation and dynamic cleaning stability of the squid carcass,and providing a technical path for the development of soft biological processing equipment.
