摘要
设计一种新型裸瓶码垛系统,以解决传统瓶装饮料包装高成本和效率低的问题。该系统采用智能控制、传感器检测和机器人协作等技术,实现对不同瓶型的精准编组与码垛。通过编组、定位整理、隔框放置和定位、堆垛的流程,直接对裸瓶进行码垛,省去了装箱和包膜环节,大幅减少了包装材料的消耗,提高了生产效率。
Design a new type of bare bottle palletizing system to solve the problems of high cost and low efficiency in traditional bottled beverage packaging.This system adopts technologies such as intelligent control,sensor detection and robot collaboration to achieve precise grouping and palletizing of different bottle types.Through the processes of grouping,positioning and organizing,placing and positioning in frames,and stacking,bare bottles are directly stacked,eliminating the need for boxing and film wrapping,significantly reducing the consumption of packaging materials and enhancing production efficiency.
