摘要
履带吊在海洋石油工程中的使用对工程效率与安全性具有重要影响。针对复杂的环境和工程操作风险,构建履带吊的互联互通与安全监控系统,以数据传输和网络架构设计实现履带吊位置、负载及环境参数的实时采集与共享,以提高操作智能化水平。安全监控技术用多维度传感器布置,形成数据监控与异常预警机制,并使用智能化分析和反馈系统增强安全管控能力。研究成果为提升海洋石油工程履带吊的作业效率和安全性提供了技术支持与实践依据。
The use of crawler cranes in offshore petroleum engineering has a significant impact on engineering efficiency and safety.In response to complex environmental and engineering operational risks,a system for interconnection and safety monitoring of crawler cranes is constructed,data transmission and network architecture design are used to achieve real-time collection and sharing of crawler crane position,load,and environmental parameters,in order to enhance the level of intelligent operation.Security monitoring technology uses multi-dimensional sensor arrangements to form a data monitoring and anomaly warning mechanism,and uses intelligent analysis and feedback systems to improve security control capabilities.The research results provide technical support and practical basis for improving the operational efficiency and safety of crawler cranes in offshore oil engineering.
