多自由度薄板振动式流体滤波器设计

摘要 设计一种多自由度薄板振动式流体滤波器,以弹性薄板为共振体,减小滤波器的质量和体积,同时设计不同的薄板共振半径,实现滤波器的多共振频率,从而达到广谱滤波。完成结构设计后,进行实验验证。结果表明,该流体滤波器在较宽频带内有较好的滤波效果。 A multiple degree of freedom thin plate vibrating fluid filter is designed,using a current-carrying elastic thin plate as the resonator to reduce the mass and volume of the filter.Meanwhile,different resonant radii of the thin plate are designed to achieve multiple resonant frequencies of the filter,thereby achieving broad-spectrum filtering.After the structural design is completed,the experiment is conducted for verification.The results show that the fluid filter has a good filtering effect within a wide frequency band.
