摘要
针对风电机组关键部件故障难以及时监测、复杂工况下监测装置适应性差等问题,设计一款面向风电机组的分布式声发射监测网络装置。分析风电机组声发射信号特性与监测需求,从硬件和软件两方面开展设计。硬件包含声发射传感器模块、通信模块与电源管理模块;软件实现低功耗、网络管理及故障诊断功能。实验证明,该装置能有效采集关键部件故障声发射信号,在复杂工况模拟环境下可稳定运行。
A distributed acoustic emission monitoring network device for wind turbines is designed to address issues such as difficulty in timely monitoring of key component failures and poor adaptability of monitoring devices under complex operating conditions.The acoustic emission signal characteristics and monitoring requirements of wind turbine units are analyzed,and the design from both hardware and software aspects are carried out.The hardware includes a sound emission sensor module,a communication module,and a power management module.The software implements low-power,network management,and fault diagnosis functions.Experimental results have shown that the device can effectively collect acoustic emission signals from key component faults and can operate stably in complex simulated environments.
