摘要
为解决阻燃秸秆板连续压制生产线中存在的人工布料效率低、下料偏移和节拍不匹配等问题,设计一种自动布料装置。阐述装置的结构设计与控制系统集成,介绍双轴螺旋送料、伺服滑台横向布料及导流调节等功能的实现,论述控制系统在节拍同步、厚度反馈与故障应对中的集成逻辑。结合工业化测试平台,开展性能测试,结果表明,该装置可稳定控制布料厚度,保证节拍同步性,满足了高效、均匀布料要求,具有良好的工程适应性与扩展性。
To solve the problems such as low manual material distribution efficiency,material offset and mismatched cycle time in the continuous pressing production line of flame-retardant straw boards,an automatic material distribution device is designed.This paper expounds the structural design of the device and the integration of the control system,introduces the realization of functions such as dual-axis screw feeding,lateral material distribution of servo slides and flow diversion regulation,and discusses the integration logic of the control system in rhythm synchronization,thickness feedback and fault response.Performance tests were carried out in combination with an industrialized testing platform.The results show that the device can stably control the thickness of the fabric,ensure the synchronization of the rhythm,meet the requirements of efficient and uniform fabric distribution,and has good engineering adaptability and scalability.
